 These are examples of double pages from NME. I am going to base my double page with these because NME is classed as indie rock. My magazines genre is also indie rock so they both fit. 

As you can see from both of these images, the main image is on the left hand side of the page and covers the whole page and the text is on the left, usually with a big headline above

Today I plan to get my contents page almost finish my contents page and start my double page spread
